Every message is read and answered. Write to support@getthedivorcebible.com and include the email address you used at checkout.

Missing or failed downloads

Your downloads live in two places: the confirmation page shown right after payment, and the delivery email sent to your inbox within a minute of purchase. If neither works, reply to your receipt email or write to support@getthedivorcebible.com and we will send the files directly.

Refunds and the guarantee

Every digital product carries a 14 day guarantee. If it does not save you at least what you paid for it, or you are unhappy for any reason, write to support@getthedivorcebible.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Charges on your statement

Purchases appear on your card statement as THE DIVORCE BIBLE. If you see a charge you do not recognize, write to support@getthedivorcebible.com before disputing it with your bank; we resolve billing questions quickly, including duplicates and errors.
