For help with a download or order, write to support@getthedivorcebible.com and include a receipt number if your question concerns an order.

Missing or failed downloads

The free workbook sample is available on the sample page without an email address. Paid downloads appear on the confirmation page and arrive by email. If a link is missing or an address was entered incorrectly, write to support@getthedivorcebible.com with your receipt information.

Refunds and order questions

Direct digital purchases may be refunded within 14 days. Email support@getthedivorcebible.com with your receipt; no explanation is required. You can also ask us to resend a file to the correct address.

Charges on your statement

Purchases appear on your card statement as THE DIVORCE BIBLE. If you see a charge you do not recognize, write to support@getthedivorcebible.com with the charge date and amount so we can investigate it.
