What we collect

When you subscribe to the free checklist, we collect your email address and the entry point you subscribed from. When you buy a digital product, our payment processor Stripe collects the information needed to process the payment, including your card details, name, and email address. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address and a record of what you bought so we can deliver your files and support your purchase. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and performance.

How we use it

To deliver the products and free resources you request, to send the email course you signed up for, to tell you about closely related products from this catalog, and to answer your support messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, in one click.

Who it is shared with

Three service providers, each only for its function: Stripe for payments, MailerLite for storing and sending email, and Resend for transactional delivery emails. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing. We disclose information only if required by law.

How it is protected

All pages and payments are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor. Email addresses are stored in access controlled accounts at MailerLite and Stripe.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click, or write to support@getthedivorcebible.com to have your email address deleted from our list entirely. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you at the same address. This site does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.
