Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you choose to join a workbook notes list, we collect your email address and whether you selected divorce or marriage updates. The free workbook page does not require an email address. When you buy a digital product, our payment processor Stripe collects the information needed to process the payment, including your card details, name, and email address. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address and a record of what you bought so we can deliver your files and support your purchase. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are collected by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and performance. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page visits and referral sources so we can see which pages are useful. We exclude purchase confirmation pages and remove query strings before sending page addresses to analytics. For links in our own social posts, we count the platform and post ID as a separate event. MailerLite may record when a workbook note is opened or a link in it is clicked so we can improve the emails.

How we use it

To deliver products you buy, answer support messages, and send workbook notes and product updates only when you separately join an email list. Buying a product does not add you to marketing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Who it is shared with

Our service providers each have a defined function: Stripe for payments, MailerLite for storing and sending email, Resend for transactional delivery emails, and Vercel for hosting and aggregate site analytics. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing. We disclose information only if required by law.

How it is protected

All pages and payments are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor. Subscriber email addresses are stored in access controlled accounts at MailerLite. Purchase email addresses are held by Stripe and used by Resend to deliver purchase messages.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing email using its link, or write to support@getthedivorcebible.com to have your email address deleted from our list entirely. You may also request a copy of the information we hold about you at the same address. This site does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers.
